jamesmark Posted May 8, 2006 Share Posted May 8, 2006 i have heard that they work but very dangerous at high speeds, as poor quality ones trick the speedo into thinking is only doing say 2 mph, so when you exceed say 70 leptons your power streering is still on, power steering ususally comes off at 50mph, now can you imagine doing a high speed run with yoyur power steering on all the time, my mechanic told me about them as he is an MR2 specialist and had a few of his customers try one of these with "write off" results Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
