What Glue For Metal??

Recommended Posts

I've got a clock for my bike that WAS attached by a sticky double sided sticker thing to another metal bracket. Replaced the battery today and i was being really carefull not to break it but right at the end it came unstuck. So i know need to stick it again so it doesn't come off at speed while going along the M1 :)

Any suggestions?? May go just for super glue.

Tiger Seal PU Adhesive Sealant

Tiger Seal is a P.U adhesive Sealant which bonds to a wide range of materials, it is non-shrinking and permanently flexible. We swear by this stuff for the easy application of our Window Visors (LTC17 found in Side Styling on this site) - also the Centre Bumper with Fogs (LTC09 located in Front Styling)- Once applied, your accessorie's are secured - safe and sound and won't budge for years and years down the line.

I don't trust those double side stick tabs TBH. It's the vibrating on the bike as merckx said. What about some sort of silicone sealant??

saying that, those halfords number plate stickers stick like sh!t to a blanket

took me ages to remove them
