Chris Wilson
Just finishing a brake servo removal and making a twin brake master cylinders with in car adjustable bias bar setup for front to rear bias setting, for my RWD Skyline R33. Pics may be of interest, I am sure a similar thing could be knocked up for Supras. http://chriswilson.tv/bias_brakes/bias_brakes.html http://chriswilson.tv/bias_brakes2/bias_brakes.html Cheers. Ian C
Aha I was going to ask you about this at some point. Post-trackday and the accelerated brake pad wear, I've found my Chris Wilson Fast Road front pads are dead, after two years faithful service, and yet the rear pads have possibly just *over* half their material left! So are my rears not working as hard as they could be, or would any more rear brake bias be dangerous? I would have thought the ABS system would cope with more rear braking effort, and that would mean all round faster stopping...? -Ian

Chris Wilson
All road cars have an excess of front bias, so there's no danger of you locking the rears and spinning backwards into a ditch. Ploughing off frontwarfs is considered better form More rear bias will nearly always give better overall stopping on road cars, especially in the wet, but you need to be careful not to overdo it.
