Suprasteve
I'm sure you're all aware of the rumours that BP selling 102 octain, just thought i'd share with you the following.. I got stopped by a sales rep in the BP station on the A127 (nr Gallow Corner) he was encouraging people to use BP Ultimate. He noticed i was already using it and asked if my car was tuned blah blah. Then went on to say they are also promoting their new release of 102 octain fuel and there are currently 6 petrol stations in the UK already selling it, the nearest being the petrol station in Canning Town. The others are based near race tracks. He said hes tested it and felt a huge difference. - but he's gunna say that isn't he. I think he said its selling at £2.50 per litre ! - Anyone tried it yet ? is it worth 2.5 x the normal price of fuel ?

geoffvalenti
£2.50 per litre, they must be on fcuking drugs! Maybe on a race track you'll notice a difference, but in a traffic jam along the Southend Arterial road, I think not
Kopite
Sod that, might as well stick Race Fuel in instead
Pig
too much for me! If it was £1.20 i would use is all day long
Feakins
I doubt it will be £2.50, no one would buy it. Thats gotta be more than the 110+ ron race fuel. Sure it wasn't £1.50?

RedM
For that price I'd want the car filled by Jessica Alba who'd then go on to do a bikin car-wash.
Clarkey
For that price I'd want the car filled by Jessica Alba who'd then go on to do a bikin car-wash. I'd want her to do a naked body-to-supra massage - with a half finished game of 0's & X's ... tattooed on her left buttock.
veilsideTT
According to the motorsport locations its sold at Mallory Park just down the road from me. Would this be a pump that public would be allowed to go to and use? Doubting it very much:rolleyes:
