chriseltham
Hi guys/gals, Just did a bit of a test in my Sup, got a RaceTec AP-22 Measuring thingy and decided to have a go at a couple of 0-100 runs (off the road of course ) I know these meters are not 100% reliable but they give a good idea of a time and are said to be pretty good, My time (no TC at all, the tarmac was a little slippy) was: 0-60 5.12 221ft 0-100 10.90 909ft, also it give a 'power' reading which was 376bhp, I am not relying on the power figure but the times seem ok coz it felt quick, are these ok time guys? Have any of you ever 'tested' yourselves???

JamesG
A 0-100mph time of 10.9 seconds is pretty good I have an AP-22 too, and a while ago I got 11.5 secs. Although that included a poor 0-60 of 5.4 secs. That was also before my new intercooler. As it happens, I wrote some software for it a couple of years ago. I even started doing a Windows version recently, but have been too busy to keep up with it. http://www.compsoc.man.ac.uk/~jamesg/telemetry.html James. For an interesting comparison, using Evo magazine's 0-100 figures: Audi RS4 12.1 Noble M12 GTO 10.2 TVR Cerbera 4.5 9.0 Ferrari 575M 'Fiorano' 9.6 Porsche 911 GT3 10.3 Mercedes E55 AMG 10.2 Ford Focus RS 14.
Ian C
Cool It was done using my patented, traditional, home-grown recipie of "passenger films the known-to-be-accurate Apexi Unit's speed display" which I then step through afterwards in editing software to get the timings. Hybridded to the max, me. I think they are a great upgrade. -Ian
