DannoSupra
What sort of maximum oil pressure is expected out of a TT? seen a oil pressure gauge going up 2 100psi/7Bar
Clarkey
On WOT my gauge will go to 7 bar - 7.3 bar. The Phoenix guys told me this was fine.
DannoSupra
is that how much your gauge goes up to? or the actual pressure?
Clarkey
is that how much your gauge goes up to? or the actual pressure? As long as my gauge is functioning .. then that's the actual pressure. My gauge goes up to 9 Bar. The pressure may go up abit higher .. only once has it gone to 7.6 Bar.

Tricky-Ricky
I have seen 130 psi stone cold in colder weather, hot i see 32-35 psi idle and generally 70 psi at 3-4,00 RPM
megawatts
Hi, just getting familiar with my Mk 4 (Also just got a second Mk 3 today) My Z32/ 350ZXTT had oli pressure and turbo vacum gauges... but my MK4 has almost nothing... Who fits these, gets them, what is involved? Also sometimes on starting, I get a big puff of burning oil.. heavy white smoke. Its clear something is going or gone. I am worried it will fail emissions, with an immeninet MoT. Any advice
bignum
your puff of smoke on startup may be down to worn valve stem seals.
Clarkey
your puff of smoke on startup may be down to worn valve stem seals. The smoke is white not blue. I thought that would indicate steam.
