michael
Twin Entry Mr2!!!! Its A Twin Turbo Rite? Nope Twin exhaust ports for cylinders 1 & 4 and twin ports for 2 & 3, there are also two scrolls inside the turbo housing - twin entry but only one turbo. A tiny number of modified MR2s exist with twin turbos that people have fitted to see what happens but 99.9% are NA or single turbo. Anyway this is the Supra forum and none of this is really appropriate for the thread in question I guess

RobSheffield
i went from Polo 1.9 diesel to TT Supra, its not as bad as it sounds really, yes a MASSIVE difference, but as long as you are sensible its ok
chris aka fonz
Not being funny mate, have you checked the insurance on a TT?, being only 22, your gonna get hammered. Also, what sort of budget do you have? I was 22 when i insured my 97 J SPEC TT BPU with all mods declared ! I paid around 1500 . My advice would be to try an N/a try a TT and try both manual and auto boxes ! It depends what you want from the car , do you want it for its brutal power and in that case you'd want the TT or just for its timeless looks ! tinkerbell
i bought my first jap car, its only the 3lt non turbo, but it has plenty of power, and is wicked fun to drive! Also helped my insurance stay low. Up to you mate really, but there is nothing wrong with a non turbo

Bob
Welcome to the club fella. I'd definitely go for the TT if you can afford - the big grin is well worth it when the second turbo kicks in
