Engine Conversion

Ok,to cut a long story short my N/A soop aint happy,infact its terminal, Im happy with the body work,wheels,etc but i really want to drop a TT lump in there,iv sourced one out at a good price and was wondering how realistic is the installation? Wont be doing it myself of but with reguards to all the auxillaries,looms gearbox etc.As mine is the 5 speed manual.will i miss out on having the LSD? Any thoughts,opinions?:search:

Sell it and buy a TT. It's going to work out much cheaper and easier.

What's aactually wrong with it?? And what sort of money is the TT lump?? To keep the cost down your probably gonna have to settle for an auto box for the car as i don't think the 5 speed is gonna work. I'd consider getting it fixed and doing the NA-T conversion. As Jamie said, give Turbofit a shout and they can price it all up and give you some options.

also the insurance will be more than a stock tt too, as they wont insure it as a tt because its not on the log book, so they'll have to do it as a N/A with an engine mod
