Guest Jon ERST S2
LOL Escort Cossie's are 330bhp just under 400bhp aint too hard (set of greys) Just always liked the look of them and I understand how they work too. At 330bhp they are solildly reliable. I think I'm going to be looking at a UK Spec Auto for around 8k mark, see how I get on. What good Jap places are there in Kent/Essex area (Dartford)
Guest Benn
Jon theres a place in new chapel near East Grinstead. They normally advertise on Auto Trader. http://www.japanese-car-imports.co.uk/index.htm
Guest Jon ERST S2
Cheers Benn, looking like a plan. What's the most reliable stage of tune for a supra auto? ie like a Stage 3 (330bhp) on a cossie is the most power without compromising reliability. Keith C
Well, how far do you want to go really? Christian R has twin HKS 2530's, makes about 550bhp, and has done tens of thousands of miles like that without a murmur, on a standard gearbox (IIRC), including 1/4 mile and top speed blasts. Cost a fair bit, but you get what you pay for...

Geezabloke
Bollox Missed out on the debate.......lol I had all this crap from Midlife.......J spec this and UK lardy......until i did him three time in a row at the POD....(Im sure he wont mind me mentioning it again)...... Both cars have merits, have driven both.......But the UK does feel to me as being the better allround package.......stronger and better screwed together. Plus it comes with all the lovely extras as standard which the Jap boys add onto their cars when they can afford to........ Come on ........someone bite......... :flame Dev
