Oh year, see your point, but this thing is going to be well into the high 140's when it crosses the line- I mean it's not like you've got a airstrip/salt flat to stop the car. Hi pal, yes im from the GTR board, I enjoy the bitching overthere, and the politeness over here, and I used to own a GTR. I was suppost to start work in Tokyo, in March, however a tuner who promised me the world and couldn't deliver runined my life, I have waited nearly 9months to get my car back, I finished working for the Daily Mail group on March 3rd, with a start date of March 15th to be in Japan. I have contacted my future employer and explaned the situation, their not happy, but have agreed to wait. Not only have I been with out the car for 9months, I have spent over a total of 1400, instead of the original 750 that was quoted I'll pm any of you the tuner/thief details, he is maily known on the SXOC, and he makes me feel sick, and doesnt realise the problems he's caused me. "rant over" I am happy with the condition of the work that was compleated on the car, which is a plus, and when I advertised the car, it was up at 18k, I was at rock bottom and would have taken anything, thankfully things are slightly better now, at least its finished and running, sounds soooooo good. If I was goind to keep the car, I'd change the inlet manifold and fit bigger front stoppers, as their is still alot of room in the 17" wheels. The car has been undersealed, I got covered in it, as did the drive, and the door handles in the house, and the bath, and a wall...lol Where do you guys sell your cars? do you recommend Auto Trader? 1100hp Posted April 13, 2006 Author Share Posted April 13, 2006 Hi Ash, the car is nearly back together, I just need to have the front bumper resprayed, and put back on, as the local tuner cracked it, but he isnt admitting it, but yes she starts and runs well. Sadly Ash it isn't road leagal, and I barley have a penny to my name to get it transported for fun........to put it in lamens terms, I'm currently jobless and Skint! I think for 18K the words "MUST TRY HARDER" are appropriate. Like a full set of pics, a dyno sheet, a full spec sheet, invoices and a willingness to drop the price (a lot....). Also I didnt start this thread to sell my car, I havent been a member on here long enough, so if there is a mod, please close this post, I don't want to piss people off, Ill get a proper set of pictures done and show you all the car, but will sell else where.
