Which Exhaust?

Hi Guys,

I know this has probably been answered loads of times before......

I need a new exhaust, mine is stock at the moment and i had been looking originally at getting a Blitz Nur Spec R. However, i have now been advised that the HKS super Dragger is pretty hot also?:stupid:

I know there are loads of different exhausts out there, but which one would you say is the ultimate for performance if money was not an issue? Blitz? Veilside? HKS? etc....

Many Thanks in advance,

G

Me too, oops I already did :innocent:

Its a quality bit of kit and I fitted it myself (first for me) and it was very easy, super light as well, when i picked mine up from Paul W I couldn`t believe it when he just handed to me.

Its got pretty good ground clearance too.

It comes out straight and yeah does sound pretty good, i have still got the first cat in and i had no issues with overboost either, boost went a little higher than normal but stayed under a BAR.

Even with the first cat in I still get lots of crackles and bangs, prob more due to my tunning though :flame Dev

Ok i need help with the following question, i am new to the tuning process:

If i get the Veilside Exhaust, it comes with Cat's in it? If i remove these Cats then i will get more performance?? Is removing the cats legal?

:stupid:

I think i remember Paul saying that he would de-cat the car for me and that it is an easy job to put the cats back on for the MOT.

Sorry for asking you all simple questions....i will get there in the end:thumbs:

Thanks

G

Hi Gaz,

Sorry mate, i have only had the Supe for a month or so and as yet have only met Paul and his 600BHP beast:D

I have checked your site out, very impressed mate. I don't know the list prices for the exhausts and which are best? One of the reasons i was looking to Paul for my gear is he discounts me for ordering multiple items and can fit it all too

;)

I have a list of bits i want to get in the next month or so and will be giving you guys a shout...i am sure.

Thanks

G

Welcome to the supra tuning process

The veilside will not replace the cats and does not have cats in it, it goes after the cats.

Branners, why ahve you had 2 of them? Did you grinf the mid pipe away on the first one?:)

I have just got a Nur spec and am really pleased with it, it sounds great.

You have the option of sticking the baffle in to tone the noise down on those days when you have a hangover as well. Plus it looks great and is really well made.
