Need4Speed
I'm sure Chris Wilson could tell me, but on the assumption Chris doesn't make brake-pads, what are the pads you're all on about?

Chris supplies an 'unknown' brand of pad which he settled on after trying lots of others, I'm not sure if they are made for him or sourced by him from a known supplier and the markings removed but everyone who can afford them raves about them. Scooter
By MCannybut everyone who can afford them raves about them. Still yet to fit mine but by all accounts they are way better in feel / performance than the standard pads. I would think they cost approx double that of the standard pads at £275 for a full set of j-spec ones. But you know your getting a good pad, there's no chance of problems like people have had in the past re green stuff etc pads + i would think brake pads are at the very worst an annual replacement item. So we're only looking at £140 additional cost for a year. But the real value IMO can come from the enhanced driving experience it brings ie it adds to every journey made in that year = good vfm? Need4Speed
Well I swear by R4 porterfield and challenge any pad to out stop them. I've never known them fade or catch fire, so they get my vote.
