Why do people insist on threads being locked?

Just leave the thread, don't read it again and get on with your life.....

It's because there's a reply every 10 seconds, and it's easier to know it's locked and you won't 'miss' anything important/exciting/funny/etc., rather than having to come back to the thread after actually doing some work to find another 3 pages added!!! Or is that just me?

When my son was a wee boy he said "My Mum is half Dutch and half Human". Arnout is 100% Dutch.

Again, the moderators, the experts, the traders and many members on here have always assisted me when I have had problems, you are doing a great job peeps, thanks again

And now I am off as well, had enough of this thread

That sucks. I don't know the dude but he was one of the only members anywhere near me other than Peter, Dexter, and soon Steve. I'm leaving out the Belgian and I'm sure he'll flame me for forgetting, but I'm at work and can't remember. Speaking of which, it's time to go home. Arnout, suck it up dude, pay your sh*t. Hanging it up because of principalities is weak. I'd much prefer you pay and stay. PS, I need a recipe for Frikadellen.

SuperSupra, Are you still looking for that corrugated bit that covers the spare wheel mate? (Just to Hijack this thread!) :)

Funny, you're the second person to ask that matey, but it's actually the bit that sits behind the spare wheel that I was after, and Chiefgroover has it and says he's getting it posted today. Thanks very much anyway though dude.

This is what I need:

Ooh now you're talking man! It'd look like a carbon fibre bonnet scoop from a distance too! :rlol:

Maybe we could make it into some kind of ramp from the front of the bonnet like that really old film with that gold car?? What was that called now?? It came out from under an old pick up truck, and it had an eagle on the bonnet or something. Dammit, what was it called??
