terribleturner
A mate of mine did a TEFL course and moved to south America for a year. He'd never taught before and within 2 months was head of English at some school and had evening classes teaching adults. Saved no money at all but lived the high life over there and loved ever minute of it.
Pete
My cousin did Engrish teaching in Japan for a year. She's in Narobi teaching natives how to use johnnies at the moment. Just met an indian guy who she's known for 6 weeks and is getting married to him. She's moving to New York with him in a couple of months (neither have been before). His family live in India so they decided to get married in Narobi 4th quarter this year as it's "half way". I think she's a bit bonkers.
