AntD
I'm sure thats a servicable part of the radiator.I came across a parts diagram with part numbers ,but can't think where I've put it.Mind you,I think there's a diagram in the manual I bought from CJ.Will post info up later today.May be worthwhile giving your local Toyota dealer a call as well tomorrow to source the part
AntD
Hi mate, sorry there is no part number on the diagram. If the core of your radiator is in cood nick the part you have to replace is just the upper radiator tank and a new O-ring.I haven't got a clue how much this repair will cost, but as I mentioned before, just give your local Toyota dealer a call:)
Terminator
If the plastic has become so brittle, I would seriously consider if it is worth repairing as you may have the same problems at the bottom later.

Lucifer
Dont bother. All you need to do is cut it back straight and tap it with a metal end. Job done. Should hold for another 50k.
