badger
Hello people, I will be buying a Supra in the near future, and I'm looking for some inside information. What should i be looking out for when viewing a supra? Ideally I'm after a N/A manual. I've asked a Toyota garage and they just said things like head gasket, warped brakes and blue smoke, obvious stuff really. Which left me none the wizer, so I thought, hey why not join up to this site and see if any kind people out there could stop me from wasting my money. chilli
supra mkiv is pretty strong, unlike earlier models, things like the head gasket rarely go on them (but of course make sure). Expecially the N/A, less stressed than the TT to start with. Not much specifically to look for really, check the overall condition for signs of neglect etc, check for rust underneath (getting old now), check suspension, brakes, overall body work, engine coolant and oil, operation of the gearbox, test drive... what else is there to say really
