Suprash
Lol @ this thread.........but you gotta hate nervous passengers. I know a very nervous passenger and have given up driving a little too fast when thier in it now, as their nervous'ness just rubs off on you, plus Im getting finger marks on the sides of the seat.... DaveM
I have the supra and an old Previa. I use the previa for trips to DIY places, the rubbish tip and whenever it is wet or icy. The wife prefers the Previa everytime as she says she feels safer in it. A sad reflection on my driving I feel. She doesn't drive so she will never understand. Tricky-Ricky
Well my wife seems to like the Supra better than the S14, one she can't really hear the turbo spool up, just a wine so its different! two the ride is better, had coilovers on the S14 which even i found a little hard! and three the Supra doesn't feel as quick (yet!) the S14 was 335bhp and could be quite brutal;) trouble is you can stick my wife on the back of any bike and ride it like a loon and she loves it! put her in a fast car and she goes for the grab handles every time i accelerate and asks to slow down:(

Rob
My wife says it's too noisy, too uncomfortable etc etc, yet whenever she has to drive it on her own she always comes back with "it's not fast enough, I couldn't keep up with some bloke in a beemer" Good job it's only an NA then. Angie
I loved it so much I bought my own! Had an N/A first, but in the end, just couldn't stand it as the other half had a TT. So we both have TTs now. Job done. All happy here! (In the summer we can both be seen on the twisties around Norfolk travelling at speed, line astern. People say we're mad, but if we had motorbikes, no-one would think twice about it. (would they?) My audi (work car) is the last car to be taken off the driveway on the weekends - too boring!
