TRD3000GT
Polyglass 165V2, brand new, only taken out of box to check, never fitted £165 + postage Thanks Are these for the fronts? + are they seperates or just midrange drivers
The Road Warrior
These can be used in the front or rear. 'Experts' usually recommend fitting co-ax in the back & components (seperate tweeters) in the front. The 165CA's are co-ax and 165 V2's are components. TRD3000GT
Cool.. So in theory.. I could use the components in the front and leave the stock tweeters in possition and just keep the tweeters that came with the compnents..
francis
Yep that's what most people do I think, changing the stock tweeters is very fiddly and probably involves damaging the stock grille. The new tweeters should work very well in the kick panels, and 16.5cm speakers will go perfectly in to a set of the speaker brackets (from the template available)
