When i pulled off the m way i tried accellerating a bit but the car just would not move. Basicly it limped home. It felt like it was over heating but theres plenty of water in it and oil! Any sujestions please am worried. Just had racelogic fitted but i turned it totally off and it made no difference. :( :(

ardasaliah
There is a description on here somewhere- very easy all you need is a paper clip. do a search for error codes http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=35920&highlight=check+error+codes

It felt like it was terminal at first but now it`s fine! I am thinking it could be the air flow meter?? What you reckon?

steve single
Yeah its well strange. Just by resetting the ecu all you worries and problems go away, hope i could get a possitive reason tho its scary how you pride and joy can just lift it`s legs up and f**K you i am going nowhere!!! then be fixed in ten seconds flat:search:
RedM
Something similar has happened to me, Steve. Anti-Supra day!!
Ian C
It's a shame you didn't check for error codes first Resetting the ECU clears out stored codes. Until it happens again we may never know! Check your MAP sensor hose is on OK and cross your fingers that it never happens again -Ian
steve single
Yeah i know mate should have had it read before but when the panic hits and you think she is never going to fire again. Hope its gone forever:)
