paul ashton
My rears are coming to the end of their lives which are 285/30/18's and i'm undecided on whether to go for the Gooyear F1's or Pirelli pzero's.If anybody has any helpul advice and/or advice on either tyre it would be greatly appreciated. Ian R
Both great tyres but the Pirelli's are softer and you will get through them quicker IMO
supragold
I have P Zero's in the same size and rate them. My Dad has F1's and really rates them so don't know which is best sorry.

Bobbeh
You cant get eagle F1s in the size you specified. BTW I got 12k miles out of my rears including 2 weekends at the Nurburgring They're not that bad. BTW - they're P-Zero N4's
garetheves
Hi Paul, i had the P-zeros on the car before those Contis and tbh didnt rate them. the grip wasnt amazing and with them being a much softer compund got through them in no time at all. GazzaGSi
Ive had both, currently on the f1's and it seems to grip so much better on bends. Would recommend to anyone.

VELOCITY
Pzero's mate, if you cant get them Camal remoulds are great:scare: :scare:
supRo
Not sure about the P zero's but the F1 tyre walls stick out a bit which help against the dredded kerbing!
Chiefgroover
Bridgestone RE050a is better than both, also miles better than any previous bridgestone.
Guest dee_rz
i found the bridgestone re050's on my type r to be ok but not that good, have had alot of different tyres now and my most highly rated so far are the toyo t1r and the goodyear eagle 1 which i'm currently on, i love them to bits and can bomb round corners and roundabouts like there not there at the moment
