Aerotop Dave
I know my 200SX has over-assisted PAS (according to the reviews), so perhaps I've been spoilt, but I've found the Supra PAS to be a little... odd feeling. When you move the wheel in one direction, if you try and go quickly in the other there's a moment's hesitation where the wheel feels non-power assisted and then and a second later it's fine. I guess I'd really need someone to drive it to see if it's 'as normal', but should the PAS be nice and light without a hint of hesitation? Dunno, might just be me swapping from the overly light 200SX PAS, but my girlie commented too that it felt... well... 'different'.
nicksupra67
do u get any strange noises when u do it? u could have an airlock in the system
Aerotop Dave
Not that I've noticed. The only thing I ever hear is the turbo singing to me (and me dueting back) and the clips in the boot for the aerotop rattling. Oh, and the aerotop tool rattling in the between-seat cubby hole. Can't say I've noticed a strange noise from the steering though. Hmmm... I'll have a listen.
