I think that the muscle and nerves etc aren't severed, just stretched. Popping it in ASAP reduces damage to them. Anyone for trying to sneeze with their eyes open? Strange little dogs they are with googly eye's (this being a bit of a problem) as they would some times nock there eye out & my mother had to come along and put it back in. VERY grossssss!!!!
