I'm generally wary about cheap stuff from ebay, but this guy has decent feedback and offers a 3 year warranty on bulbs and ballasts. Opinions please. Just down the road from me! Excellent stuff, I might have to see if they will have a look at the kit I have to see why it doesn't come on straight away.
