Which Clutch?

I live in Hong Kong and the type of driving here means that the clutch gets used a hell of a lot. I've worn out 2 standard Toyota clutches, each lasted about 20K km of daily driving. I currently have a TRD twin plate clutch with lightened flywheel fitted which does a good job at holding the power but is very heavy to use and is very noisy; grating noise when disengaging clutch and rattle at tickover. I'm fed up with the noise and effort it takes with the current clutch so want to get a new one fitted.

Can anyone recommend which to go for, I need something that will cope with around 430bhp, is not too heavy to use ie. similar to standard clutch and is quiet. I'm guessing the lightened flywheel is the cause of the rattle at tick over, should I go back to the stock flywheel?

cheers guys

I have a RPS clutch and flywheel, I also get the dreaded rattle when its warm, that doesnt bother me too much, the pedal is as light as a standard clutch as well. The only down point I would have had regarding the clutch is the gratting you get when trying to hold it at that biting point, also the vibrations at low revs, but I can honestly say the car feels 3 times newer now that I have switched my sequential turbo setup to true twin. Get a RPS clutch and swicth to true twin, then you can set set up via a electric switch so you can still go back to sequential, I promise you theres no way you will go back.

Does anybody know while my clutch especially the flywheel would feel so much more solid now that I have switched to true twin, also the biting point feels much smoother, like before you could get a lot of gratting if you didnt catch it right.
