jap honda accord

One of my close friends is a personal trainer, this morning he was talking to one of his clients about my car and how he thinks its the dogs balls. now this guy came out with "supras are sh1te and very slow, my mrs has a jap import honda accord that would beat it any day"..........is this true? is there a very fast one that could take a bpu soop? or he just being a complete and utter twot?

lol, a mate of mine had a new Accord Type R and my supra (even when standard) was much, much quicker in any condition or road type. Luckily he wasn't a deluded as this guy seems to be!

 

Here's some stats for the '04 Type R:

 

Power: 212 bhp / 158 KW @ 7200 rpm

Torque: 215 Nm / 159 ft lbs @ 6700 rpm

BHP/Liter: 98 bhp / litre

Power to weight ratio: 0.15 bhp / kg

Top Speed: 228 km/h / 142 mph

0-60 mph: 7.0 s

Weight: 1402kg
