Gerry
I got a selection "on line" after Soo & her sisters had a mad half hour remembering all the sweets of thier childhood, Spanish Gold, Flying Saucers etc. cost me a bomb and then I found out that most big towns have sweet shops that sell old time sweets for half the price ! The sisters had fun going through them though... I'm not one for sweets - chocolate, that's another matter - yummmmm
Bob
If you're ever in the area, go to the old sweet shop in Tamworth, just opposite the Guys Almshouses off Spinning School Lane. I've been going to that shop since I was about 3 years old and it's hardly changed
