fat_controller
the uk 1 is £1400 fully comp and the imports are coming out like £3500 and up
Pete
Sure you can get a cheaper JDM model 'with half the miles' but at least with this one you've got a better chance of those miles actually being real! we've been here before Bob
fat_controller
plus i don't want to line the insurance mans pockets do i now.
Pete
the uk 1 is £1400 fully comp and the imports are coming out like £3500 and up Jesus! Yep - the UK sounds cheap all of a sudden. You could always buy it,drive it for three years and stick another 50k miles on. Bobbeh will still buy it off you for 10k

Ian R
Amazing how the uk owners try to justify and over inflated price happens to own the UK spec. Part ex on supra now is bugger all uk or jap Also I notice that the fact that the car does not have FSH that it has just as much chance of having dodgy miles as a J spec

Bobbeh
Amazing how the uk owners try to justify and over inflated price happens to own the UK spec. No one is saying that, the FACT that it is a UK6 does make it rare whether you like it or not. No-ones sitting here saying its all that and a bag of chips over a JDM. Calm down Like the guy said, hes gonna struggle for insuance being young, so going for the UK model does make sense as any money he saves going with a JDM will only be clawed back over a couple of years on higher insurance premiums. plus i've heard that the uk spec cars a much better over all. bigger brakes, steel turbos, leather as standard etc You do get all that as standard. Whether you want it all or not is another matter (so peoples perceptions of better differs).

Ian R
I agree Bobbeh but think it depends on future plans if you are buying and staying standard then a uk is the way to go but if you are planning on heavy mods then a J-spec has to be the way to go in the longterm
fat_controller
thanks for the advice guys, gotta shoot. very mixed opinions but as long as the car is runing fine and it is all i imagine it to be then the guys got a sale i think. seeya
