TrickTT
This is probably a real idiot question, but on the do luck website they say the wheels are available in high or low disk versions. Whats the difference? Does anyone have pictures of the two sorts (fitted to a supra preferably). Traders: feel free to send me prices (9.0" front &10.5" rears) as i'm thinking of getting a set in a few months when the tyres on my existing rims are worn out. AshBhp
I would assume high disc would relate to big brake disc conversion. Low disc standard brake an disc.

Whats the difference? I haven't got details of the Do-luck wheels but the Racing Harts are similarly described. It's basically the distance from the flat face on the wheel to the spokes, other dimensions vary aswell. Look at the bottom diagram and table. http://www.hartwheels.co.jp/cat_030218_racinghart_typecr/rhcr_3_spec.htm
Nic
Very basically on a Hi disk wheel the spokes will only be slightly recessed, on a Lo disk wheel the spokes are more recessed and on a Super Lo disk the spokes are very recessed. On this pic the Gold, Hyper Black and bronze wheels are Hi disk, the Chrome wheel is Lo disk (notice the recessed spokes and bigger lip). http://img73.imageshack.us/img73/5495/wheel3nr.gif Normally on a Supra you will fit a Hi disk wheel on the front, so the spokes clear the larger 4 pot calipers and a Lo disk wheel on the rear.
