Oil leak in passanger footwell

I may have a problem here. Could anybody help me? Whilst cleaning the interior of the supra today i noticed i had what appeared to be a damp patch in the passanger footwell. On closer investigation it turned out to be oil of some description. It appears to be coming from somewhere under the dash. Any ideas would be most welcome as to what is causing this and how to stop it from happening

Cheers

Jimmy

Cheers guy's, Just took the soop for a spin. The heaters are working but only luke warm air is blowing out. I just put it down to the engine being cold but thinking about it been like this even after a long drive. Any ideas how much it will cost to fix?

a lot.

The coolant should really be changed every year or two.

If yours looks like oil, it's no wonder the heater matrix kicked the bucket.

If you are short of cash you may want to bypass the matrix from the engine bay and avoid using the car in the cold.
