terribleturner Posted March 6, 2006 Share Posted March 6, 2006 So i get a call from Lui this evening saying he was going down Ace Cafe tonight because it's Ford night and they have some really nice cars down there. I'm on the bike and so decided that i'll pop down there after work for a look and have a chat. Im freezing and the battery packs up on my mp3 player but i battle on. I get there and there must have been like 60 or 70 scooters, not Vespas and Lambrettas but hondas and suzuki's ridden by chav's:blink: . So i look about and can't see Lui and decide to park up in the main area with the other bikes. As i switch the engine off one of the parking attendent blokes comes over and asks me to put it round the back. WTF??? It's the best looking thing there, a proper bike instead of these lawn mowers with wheels. So i had to make my way round the back with my tail between my legs through all this kids I get my phone out to see a message from lui informing me he made a mistake and he's gone home. While i waited for you (on my own for nearly an hour ) one of the attendents came up to me and asked if the Rover was mine . I said to him are you taking the piss and he apoligiesed and walked off.
