lambertpig
I can imagine! I thought I was pretty damn powerful for my weight, but that is something else! How do you train? Very very low reps? hi, no not really a bit of all sorts unless it near a comp then reps go 4 sets of 2-3reps. usually now its just 6-10 .last week tried bench 140kg for 3 reps but its not productive to train low rep heavy every workout as its to taxing on bod. do you or are you thinking of competition yourself? No, would love to, but the body can only be trained in so many ways, and it would not fit in with the fitness side of things, maybe at some point in life though. Supragal
I used to do Muay Thai, moved away from the club I used to go to and also, my instructors face post fight kinda put me off doing it to any serious level... where do you go Ian? Have been training/fighting and helping out with the Gym for ten years.. Apart from the odd black eye, have never been beaten about the face too badly! (althought some may say thats a Lie!) A few broken ribs and the shins are a bit worse for ware though! Where did you train Supragirl? i may know the gym..
