Pete
I think I came across wrong earlier. All I meant is a week is a long time to spend doing something as a business that you can't charge. No offense was intended.

gregsupra4
I think I came across wrong earlier. All I meant is a week is a long time to spend doing something as a business that you can't charge. No offense was intended. No problem Pete. As anyone in bussiness knows or should know and I quote "You are my customer without you my customer I have no bussiness if I have no bussiness I can not continue to do bussiness I need my customer my customer is my bussiness if my customer is dissatisfied he will tell others of his disatisfaction the others will pass on this dissatisfaction if my customer is happy then I am happy as will be the people my customer tells of his satisfaction" Yes a week is quite a long time with no charge at the end, but an empty workshop with no customers is even more costly. Also no offence was taken we are not like that here at Turbofit we only think about the customer and are not afraid to remain transparent in what we do and how we achieve the end result A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Pete
I had a similar situation with a Cisco box last week. I spent ages on the darn thing for something which should've taken an hour. Wasn't fair to charge them for all the time we did spend on it (even though it wasn't our fault in the end). These things happen.
