Yes mate, Wanted a real Blitz frame from the US but their plate size is different to ours. I made a Vinyl wrap to cover the edges so it looks like a plastic frame. Made from Metamark vinyl - Gun metal 7yr with a white logo. I can send you the .ai/.eps file I used to make the frame if you want. Any vinyl graphics people should be able to make it for you. DamanC
its ok, many thanks for the offer thou. Like you say, vinyl people should be able to cut it to size if i walk in with a plate. Could you pm/post what measurements it is? i have a ghey fog light and that looks like that would cover the fog light hole perfectly. One last question, sorry, does the vinyl purely stick to the face of the plate or does it wrap around as such? Cheers
SupraStar 3000
think its 510mm x 180mm (cars in the bodyshop so can't check) Yes, the vinyl wraps around the edge
DamanC
much appeciated do you not get a crease if you wrap it round?
SupraStar 3000
not if you make small cuts around the corners to accommodate the folds. I used a cad program to work it out. "Cast" vinyl also helps as its designed to wrap
