How di I remove them from the system so that when I type in 'sales...' or the like I only get my internal sales email come up and not all the other sales depts. I send stuff too. I've just managed to send the 'Wanted-several tins of red paint' thread to some called Andrew who isn't the Andrew in my office that it was meant for . caliAl Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 You can also clear the cache by doing the following- - Close Outlook - If you still have the Outlook icon in your System Tray, press Ctrl-Shift-Esc, switch to the processes tab, locate OUTLOOK.EXE and press End Process - Find the C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Outlook folder - Delete Outlook.NK2 (this is the autocomplete cache) - Restart Outlook Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
