_Rob_
1994 UK Spec Auto... i want to put a couple of gauges in the cover of the passenger side airbag. im going to get a spare pannel in case it goes wrong, however how easy is it to take this pannel off? how do i do this? would i need to disconnect the airbags / remove them or leave them as the are? would the front / cover of an upper glove box fit in here? michael
Not so keen on keeping your passengers alive then?
_Rob_
Ah ha...my plan worked...assuming you clicked the link in the other thread its not so much that i dont want to keep them alive, more i want gauges there! i just really dont like the pods that are available for the a pillar etc. plus, if earlier supes came without an air bag, they dont really need one then, right? RobSheffield
when my car was first imported, it had 4 guages where the passenger airbag would be, and there was no way in hell you could safely look at them while driving. now i agree, they do look neat when properly installed there, but having guages that cant be seen when driving is, kinda pointless. _Rob_
hmm, ive always thought theyd be quite easily seen. were they recessed into the pannel. im hoping to have them slightly angled towards the driver and more surface mounted than recessed.
