yeah NA's are more than welcome. The event is open to any MKivSupra.net member but is then restricted to the car types as mentioned. The NA qualifies as a GT car anyhow

Ok, with this event being only just over a week away i thought id post up to see if anyone is interested in meeting before hand and driving up in convoy. Obviously this is for the folks, like me, heading from the South but anyone is welcome to join in. Im proposing the following "pick-ups" on route but if anyone has any other sugestions then please post em.

 

1. Preston - BP Garage at the Tickled Trout Hotel, J31 M6 - 9am

 

2. Lancaster Services - Just before J33 M6 - 9:45am

 

3. Teebay Services - Just after J38 M6 - 10:30am

 

4. Arrive Penrith Golf Club - 11am

 

Like i said they are just a guidline so if anyone has any better suggestions then please post em up. Otherwise please add your names to one of the following lists (ie copy and paste as usual) so that i know how many people are meeting at each location. We will be stopping at each one for about 10 mins to allow people to join up, then setting off to the next one. Have to be quite strict about the timing so we get to Penrith on time.

Wez, you ok with coming all the way to Preston just to head back up the M6 past where you started. I Might as well just phone you when we are getting ready to leave Preston and you can just pick us up at the M55 junction if you want. Save you some petrol. Up to you though.

yeah i just figured i'd almost be there anyway with coming as far as the M6 on the M55 so the Tickled Trout is only another junction or two, rather than meeting you all the way up at Lancaster, and i can convoy along from the start then

us lot from morecambe and lancaster will meet up at either the forton services or at the lancaster junction coming on...will be on the radio frequency set on channel5 sub channel 05 we will be calling around 5 min after the meet time at the services forton/lancaster, c u lot soon.......Dom.

Mate i dont have any radios so unless someone else in the convoy at that stage does then it will be pretty useless trying to contact us on them.
