Power figures on the aristo

OK I ran the aristo on the rolling road at powerstation over near tewksebury yesterday. It hit a respectable 365 BHP calculated with the rundown to gauge transmission losses (not sure how that works really) Thing is it was hoofing its way up quickly and could have gone alot higher when it hit a cut at 5500 RPM. Now I fitted a HKS fuel cut defencer as the car was doing this as low as 4500 RPM. Could it be that the car is trying to overboost still and is hitting the top boost limit as setup on the defencer as supra settings? Video of the run (not sure how long I can leave that up as I don't know the host that well so if someone else could tell me where I can host it that would be great.

Exhaust is straight through with no boxs but with cats still in. I know I need to get the boost gauge installed, I just haven't had the time to sort it out when the weather has been kind enough.

Another quibble I have is since I installed the defencer and the delimiter the cars revs on coastdown dives to zero and the engine stalls. Restart the engine and it idles at 4-600. I adjusted it manually and it was fine for a bit but looks like the ECU has re-learnt the new stop position and has adjusted to take this into account.

Now I was a bit confused with the instructions on the defencer. If I have plugged it in the wrong way round ie the wrong wire going into and out of the ECU would the car simply not work?
