nismo_lp
... when my wheels are pointing straight the steering wheels about 10 degrees to the left. Was planning to make sure the wheels are pointing straight removing the sheering wheel and put it back on so that is all straight, then was going to take it to Toyota to make sure all the tracking is balanced correctly. Is this the right thing to do and is it difficult to remove the steering wheel??? Cheers, Jonny
Nic
If the steering wheel is just slightly out of line, the garage will be able to straighten it when they do the alignment. The steering wheel is easily removed, but it is on a spline fixing, so unless it has been bolted on wrong and is way out, then leave as it and the alignment will sort the problem. SupraStar 3000
I'm going in a few weeks for a laser alignment. When I go above 125mph the cars starts shaking like mad. Didn't happen with my old wheels. Would that be wheel alignment or wheel balancing which I have had already done
