excellent... I always like to see animals get their own back !

The UK is just as bad when it comes to animal welfare.... fox hunts still go ahead as normal, more people are fox hunting with hounds than before the ban. Farmers and estate owners still breed birds purely so that they can be shot for 'sport' .... and the list goes on.

sorry Aji, don't agree with that mate.

UK has its problems but compared to china etc. UK is paradise for animals.

In spain I've seen birds put into tiny cages and concreted into walls permanently just for the bird song. Dog fighting untill death and bull fighting, which is in my opinion more barbaric than fox hunting.

And in Asia, Moon bear breeding for the bile extraction.

Thats fucked up shit!

Agree with the animals getting their own back LOL ;)

I nealy had a fight in spain once when i turned the TV off because they had bull fighting on, a few spanish didnt really appreciate it!

Yeah some people there, they think its macho to see innocent animals kiiled, and its also macho to walk about looking grumpy...but takes all sorts i guess!

Great find....:D

suprastar 3000 - any form of animal killing which is done for either 'sport' or for human 'pleasure' is just as bad as the other IMO.

In the UK we have game keepers who breed and raise birds only so that a load of farmers can come along and shoot them out of the sky. This is still legal for some reason.

We also have the fox hunting which is still as strong as ever... (the BBC website claimed it is at a higher level than before the ban).

We also have farmers killing badgers (which is illegal) and they then place them at the side of the road to make it look like road kill.

I do agree with you that other countries are much worse in a lot of other respects but wherever you go animals don't get much of a consideration unfortunately.

that incident with the bull wasn't actually in spain - happened in Mexico City about 2 weeks ago. It was a fairly spectacular leap - the bull got it's hind legs PERFECTLY on the top of the barrier to launch itself into the crowd.

there's a fairly BIG gap between the barrier and where the crowd are - i'd asy at least 6 - 8feet and the bull clear jumped over it.

I agree it's poetic to see the bull go on a bit of rampage.

Killing animals for the sole purpose of providing entertainment for people is stupid and barbaric.

Suppose bulls ruled the world. Suppose there's 6billion bulls in the world and just a few thousand humans. The bulls decide it would be fun to chuck a human in a ring and stick it with spears for a good long while before it dies thru blood-loss, all the while with the spectating 'bulls' cheering and clapping as it runs around at a red cloth.

Same thing - just other way round.

It's no different to what the Romans used to do in the Colisseum 2,000yrs ago.

Human race hasn't advanced very far in the last 2,000yrs.
