Yep me!

It gets harder every year to be 'original'...the contents of our cards don't make sense to anyone else anyway. :D

Did anyone get anything good?

Well on your suggestions I made Vickis card which could've gone one of two ways. Thankfully she thought "it is the best card I've ever given her" :D

I bought her favorite foods too make tonight.

Sea salt Kettle Chips with Salsa dips as an appertiser whilst I cook.

Bread, olive oil and Balsamic vinegar dips

Lamb steaks with asparagus, corn on cob and mini carrots and fresh tagletelle,

Chocolate sponge pudding and custard.

Only problem is her dad goes into hospital today so I'm not sure if we'll get home a sensible time to do it.

Ok - i think you could probably make everything, put it in oven ready, and i'll test its cooked properly while you're out? (obviously except the meat)...

so what is your valentine's treat?

Don't eat asparagus!! It's bad for "special" sauce! :sly: :innocent: Drink lots and lots of Pinapple juice instead....Dairy products are bad too....

I'm not allowed to do anything for Valentines day.... :D Easy life :D We're saving for the house move and I've been banned from wasting money on sill things like Valentines day :D

It's all quick stuff to sort - deliberately. Leaves more time for the lovin' :eyebrows:

No idea what my treat is. I got her flowers last night too.

That's fine, I don't want babies.

We don't wate money on it either. The card was free as I made it and stole the card from work. Food - well a little more expensive, but the joint account is very happy as no council tax for two months :D

It's not the baby making factor it's the taste and consistancy!!!!

Charlotte...ask you other half (Mike?) to drink lots of Pinapple Juice and see what you think ;) :D Keep him away from anything with a strong flavour or dairy products....for about 24hrs ;)
