Homer
I can't find any instructions on here for checking the fuel pressure on an Aeromotive FPR. Anyone got any links or tips? Cheers
BURT
have you not gpt a guage that goes on the side of the fpr?
Alex
Put the small gauge on the front (if it's not already) Start the engine, pull off the vacuum reference line. Note pressure, adjust if needed, put hose back on. Personally I left the pressure gauge on all the time....

Static fuel pressure should be set without the engine running. What you need to do is run the fuel pump with the engine not running and check the pressure. To do that you connect the +B and FP pins on the diagnostics port in the engine bay and turn the ignition on.

Alex
Ahh forgot - yes - I couldn't do that (proper way) with the VVTi as there is no way to prime the pump unlike the previous versions. The FP pin isn't on the diag box for the VVTi.
