Guest jasonc
Hi ALL, I've been seriously considering buying a Supra TT 6-Spd for some time now, As i've grown out of my 2 seater MR2 Turbo, and was looking for that little bit more with that little bit extra room . Could i possible ask anyone within the Manchester area to take me out in the Supra TT please, As of yet haven't even been in one and have already pretty much decided on buying the car . Thanks In Advance !! Yours Jason

ChrisSZ
Forget the idea of more room mate - unless you mean somewhere to bung your fags LOL. Although there are rear seats they are pretty much useless for anything other than very short journeys!!

Although there are rear seats they are pretty much useless for anything other than very short journeys!! In fact I found the boot of my MR2 more useful than the one on the Supra. But you don't really buy Supras, or MR2s for that matter, for the size of their boots now, do you
Guest jasonc
colsoop: I really wanted to get someone to agree before hand, instead of me looking like a prat asking to have a ride in someones car. chrisSZ: Yes i know there small, but how small really ?? Geoff: Yes very true, i didn't want either MR2 or Supra for boot space, just wanted maybe a little bit of space so that i could carry more then 1 person
ChrisSZ
jasonc> you can get three (or even 4!!) peeps in a Supe - but it's a real squash. Certainly more room inside though. As to boot space - not much but more than in an MR2 - and you can fold therear seat tops down. I recently got rid of some bedside cabinets and a chest of draers in my Supe - bit of a site at the tip with all the pikeys in their Chelsea tractors LOL!! npotts
Hi Jason I have a tiptronic TT if you fancy a ride in that. I live in Cheshire.... I used to own a MR2 a while ago (mk2), and the boots of the Soops are not as deep but way longer - still not good for much though! Gazboy
I thought my MR2 was way more practical than my Supra...
npotts
Really?! Not for space surely? The boots in the MR2's are tiny, and you can always use the back seats of the Soops for space (shopping bags, etc - not people)!!
Gazboy
Boot of the MR2 is a hell of a lot deeper, just as wide, but half the length, although the sub kills that advantage. Having white carrier bags reflect of the screen is annoying too. MR2 has huge door bins, Supe doesn't, glovebox is the same as the Supes lower box, MR2 has a center storage bin as big as the one under the Supes arm rest. MR2 also has a rather large stowage compartment behind the drivers seat and a front boot. Yeas you can leave stuff on the back seats, but they are visible to pikeys when you leave the car...
