osso
Well its only gonna be a few more weeks before i pick up my supra! hopefully... and already im planning my first stage of mods and here's what i am after.. Boost Gauge EGT Gauge Oil Temp Gauge Triple Pod A-Pillar (60mm or 52mm) no idea which size i should go for. and where can i buy a triple pod A-Pillar from? i can only find one from suprastores for left hand drive supras Apex'i GT Spec Exhaust 2 Piece Down pipe, so i can swap 2nd piece for the 2nd cat during mot time.. is this worth it? or should i get a single pipe? Exhaust restrictor ring from chris wilson. ( Are there better methods of overboost protection? ) like a fuel cut controller? Matt Harwood, if you see this im gonna have to get in touch with you soon to sort out the clifford alarm installation. only problem is, im not entirely sure when the supra will be going in for the SVA. Another thing, looks like i need to pay 10 quid membership fee. can i do this by cheque? Cheers James

osso
The Cat1 alarm alarm is already covered, im pretty sure the Apexi Exhaust is going to be in the region of 600 quid maybe more. I've just been on Miami Rice, Envy and Whifbitz site's and there's no sign of the elusive Triple Pod A Pillar... I'll probably wait until xmas before i get the exhaust sorted, but there's no harm in getting my A pillar sorted out in the mean time. I would recommend the peak hold/warning type of Boost and EGT gauge, saves having to keep an eye on them.
SimonB
I just fitted a combined oil temp/pressure gauge in the clock location, from SPA. It's digital, so not great for reading on the move, and it's not the prettiest, but who cares, it's got warning and peak hold which is what you really want anyway. osso
A custom triple for the Supra? hmmm i'd be interested depending on the quality of the custom triple pod a-pillar, possible group buy? Does anyone know whether the 2 pod greddy replaces the whole a-pillar, or is it bolted on top of the existing a-pillar?

Roy
it just bolts over and seems fine. will try and post a pic soon. i have heard from someone (sorry can't remember who) that it is possible to get a replacement pillar that incorporates the pod housing. Need4Speed
SPA do a combine EGT and Boost gauge which would cut your A-pillar need down to a two from a three.
