Kev.O
After getting several different answers for some do-luck double sixes I was wondering what the general opinion was as to the correct width. So far I've had 9" and 9.5 " for the front wheels and 10" and 10.5" for the rear wheels. Which is correct combination??
Bobbeh
I run 9 and 10's

Kev it's up to you really, I'd personally go 18x9/18x10, as it's closer to stock width (8.5/9.5). 18x9.5/18x10.5 if you want to go for the wide look, but they are a bit more expensive. Kev.O
My stock fronts are 8" and the rears are 9.5". Would it make sense to add an inch to each? ie 9" and 10.5"? Would this size cause any rubbing (I have CW fast road suspension)?
Ian W
are there various stock widths then cos my 16s are 8j front and 9j rear?

Kev.O
So Like Gaz said. 9" on the front (keeping them as close to stock as possible) and 10.5" on the rear to give the best grip. Can anyone see any down sides to this combitation?
Gamer
FYI, I will have a set of 18" Do-Luck chrome double 6's in 9" front and 10.5" rear with tyres for sale next week. I just need to try my new set of black TE37's on my car this weekend.

Gaz Walker
You can't swap the Do-Lucks off CJ's car! Sacrilidge! Gaz.
Gamer
Ahem, Sorry Gaz but from Tomorrow it is my car not CJ's... I have to make it my own somehow.. I have these wheels sitting here brand new dying to go on at least to see what it looks like... I think it will look more serious with them. We will see, I will post up some pics and see what the general consensus is.
Bobbeh
Not a fan of the bling then Gamer? I'm sure you'll sell the Do-Lucks easily. Oh and change the rear bumper while you're at it

Bobbeh
Trial or Do-Luck (to kinda complete the kit), the rear diffuser looks nice too.
Gamer
I was definitely thinking of a rear diffuser, I need to start looking and see whats about. *Sorry about hijacking the thread ...
