Turned it off and took the ICV off and it seems to be stuck in the position shown in the pic. I can not undo the 3 screws that hold it together either. Anybody have any ideas how i can release it? Thanks Pic: Be careful with that. Toyota charge around 470 notes for one of those. And no I'm not kidding. In the end I picked up a second hand one for a fraction of that.
