Tom
Probably in order, Boost AFR/oil EGT As your stock I'd probably go afr or oil, It looks like a lot of people go for EGT and boost but I went with oil temp, that seems more important to me than the exhaust temps in stock form, and once bpu'd then afr is important as is egt but I choose afr over this. all imo of course. terribleturner
I had boost to start with. Then added Oil temp and EGT. Now as i go single im putting in AFR, fuel pressure and oil pressure and maybe dumping oil temp (although i do like it to know when the cars at proper running temp). I may also add Trans temp because it's an auto. Just need to find room now for them all

terribleturner
I dobn't want to loose the glove box though but i have had a great idea but not sure yet if it'll work so you'll just have to wait and see Should easily fit 5/6 gauges. There are those agaes that display 2 things at once you can get.
Tricky-Ricky
I brought one of these, not cheap but dam good, will run four thermocouples so you can use it for EGT, oil temp, water temp, charge temp etc, it also has it own built in data logger:cool: http://redlinegauges.com/product_info.php?cPath=15&products_id=31&dfwtekid=ac6b6225dff1c7b20781f71e7b957472
bromy
If you struggle for more gauge locations, I used this one last weekend http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=58128
