Guest Paul Walton
Hi My name is Paul Walton and I am a journalist working for the Toyota magazine, In Front. I'm compiling a feature on high mileage Toyotas (anything with 250,000 miles) and wondered if you own or know of any Supra MKIV Owners Club members who own such a high mileage car. If you do and would like to participate (it will involve a brief chat with me and a portrait of you and your car taken) please e-mail me with details of your car ([email protected]). I look forward in hearing from you soon. Regards, Paul Walton http://www.paulwalton.co.uk

RedM
Will you be doing an article on why Toyota are dumping the sportier end of the range? Seriously, it's not like they'll have a glamorous image after that, just old peoples cars and future mini-cabs.
Ark
Got 133,000 if that's any good...

supRo
Apart from turbos what would to go first on high mileage supras? Or does anyone expect to get 250k? Really depends on how the car is driven....there was a supra (UK spec) with 350K miles (yes!!) and still on the original turbos for sale a few years ago near Telford. hogmaw
wow that's amazing. I have just reached 100000km and it runs as smooth as ever
Pete
Really depends on how the car is driven....there was a supra (UK spec) with 350K miles (yes!!) and still on the original turbos for sale a few years ago near Telford. The white one? That had replacement turbos done by Seven Vally Motorsport (if it's the same one). I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole after the mess they made of 'tuning' my Pinto...and they're meant to be Ford specialists.
