Sitting stationary in traffic on the A4 when some nobber in a Mondeo decided to do a `Dukes of Hazzard` move onto oncoming traffic to get to a right turn filter road. Clearly ran out of space and scraped up the O/S rear quarter of the Sup........B*****D Pulled over and he admitted blame but what really pisses me off is that in him trying to save 20 seconds of his precious time I now have to go through an insurance claim, body shop repairs, courtesy cars etc Gutted !!!!! VIL Posted January 30, 2006 Author Share Posted January 30, 2006 Cheers Guys Damage is purely cosmetic but he`s dented and scraped it about a foot long from the top of the rear wheel arch! Probably the worst bit he could have hit!! Going to the body shop to be assessed tonight! I`m just happy he immediately admitted liability and its all coming off his insurance! Without sounding too pesimistic, even if someone admits to it they might change their mind when it comes to the crunch unless you have witnesses maybe there is someone on here who knows more about these situations.
