jason m
Am not sure if this should go here but... I have an E manage installed but running a bypass at the mo. Am thinking of getting the car on the dyno just to check fueling etc after it has been serviced. Does anyone have a view on whether it will need mapping, and any recommendations for a dyno/mapper Ta

Alex
If you're running stock fueling and stock turbo's there isn't a lot of point.

TT-DEK
Sorry for hijaking this one but NIC, when he says emanage is it the ECU one or the emanage fuel manage system? My tt as had it BPU,d and am interested in the above. How much could this improve my soop?
Nic
I thought you were running in TTC mode though??? True but it wasn't the TTC that got me the extra power. I still think an emanage is very worth while mod on a BPU car running stock turbos.
Nic
Sorry for hijaking this one but NIC, when he says emanage is it the ECU one or the emanage fuel manage system? Don't really understand your question, there are 2 emanage the original Emanage and and the Emanage Ultimate, both of these are piggy back ECU's that are used to map the fueling and ignition. The Emanage Ultimate offers more control and tunibility over the original Emanage, but essentially they both do the same thing. http://www.greddy.com/prod_e_manage.htm http://www.greddy.com/prod_e_manage_ult.htm My tt as had it BPU,d and am interested in the above. How much could this improve my soop? The emanage can adjust the fueling and timing to maximise power and keep things safer at higher boost, it's really down to the quality of the mapping and what other mods you have (eg. cams) how much it will improve things. Alex
There are 2 eManage's as Nic has said... Can you post a picture of what this bloke is on about as maybe he's including an E-01 Boost controller? You need harnesses for the Supra, along with a boost pressure sensor. Nic
I can only find the original emanage for sale HERE The advert is just for the emanage unit and the blurb has been taken from the GReddy website, what the seller doesn't say is that you will also need quite a few extra parts to get the emanage up and running. This is the list of parts that you will need if you are going to fit an original Emanage: 15500500 E-manage (piggyback ECU) 15901001 E-Manage Support Tool (software and lead required to connect to laptop for mapping) 15900902 Ignition Harness (harness required to control ignition) 15900901 Injector Harness (harness required to control fueling) 16401301 E-Manage Pressure Sensor (so emanage can be mapped against boost pressure) 16401406 E-manage Pressure Sensor Harness (harness required to connect sensor to emanage) Personally I would fit an Emanage Ultimate instead, for this you will need the following parts 15500501 E-manage Ultimate (piggyback ECU) 15901500 E-manage Ultimate Harness Kit (harness required to control fueling and ignition) 16401301 E-Manage Pressure Sensor (so emanage can be mapped against boost pressure) 16401406 E-manage Pressure Sensor Harness (harness required to connect sensor to emanage) 15901504 E-Manage Ultimate Injector Adapter (adapter required on the Supra so the EMU can control the fueling) BTW His delivered prices are similar to mine. If anyone wants prices on any of these just give me a shout.
