Chris Wilson
Racelogic have a release version of their own Windows based software for their popular traction control system, it works fine, in my experience, although in some ways I prefer the "lists" version. For those that want it, it will be available HERE later tonight. It's zipped up, but still over 9 megs of download.
Terminator
It is a big program. Takes time to install and down load. Then it was useless but second time it worked. It won't take dat files , I am too pissed to download a file from my car right now but will try tomorrow. Just on first impressions Grahams app has it and much of the RL program looks like is based on Grahams. But the RL graphing capability may give me the info I need to fine tune the dats. I think it may be a case of use both. Only time and experience with tell. Test function looks useful. It is not much use with out a .dat or .tra matched to the car:flame Dev
Chris Wilson
Test function was useful the other day with a difficult install. Prefer Grahams in many ways, but as you say, a second tool in the box with some unique features.
Terminator
The test function may be useful to the three guys who are experiencing problem with wheel allocation at the moment. Have you used the logging feature Chris? I am tempted to take the car out now the only problem is I need someone else to drive it. I think if iI breathed in the induction I could get an extra 20 BHP right now;)

Terminator
So the flashing indicator light is not infallible. Looks like laptop set up is the only sure way to check the system is calibrated and working properly.

Terminator
I had a good look and tested the program out on my car today. Very little in it between Grahams and the RL unit IMHO The RL graph facility is good though. Don’t like the slider controls, too much of a gimmick, much easier if you can type a number, in a hurry the slider it is too fiddly. If you are setting up once then the RFL unit is fine but if you are track side or at the strip and you want to work on subtle changes fast, stick with Graham’s program. A big hats off the RL guys for making this available on the web the manual resource is great too. I just wish I had the battery back up version of RL to make use of the recorded logging. I will now supply dat's or tra's, just state your preference. Either program only lets you put the data into your car, it is the quality of the data that counts;)
